OBITUARY

     David A. KAPPEL, age 59, of Elizabethtown, Ky in Hardin County, died on 
Friday, April 1, 2011 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown.  He was a 
native of Louisville, Ky in Jefferson County, and worked as an electrician for J-
C Electric in Louisville.
David was preceded in death by:
his parents:
David E. and Betty WELKER KAPPEL
two brothers:
Mark KAPPEL
Michael KAPPEL
He was a member of the Dennie Memorial Methodist Church in Lebanon Junction.
He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Betty J. KAPPLE of Elizabethtown, Ky
one son
two daughters
one step-daughter
one sister
two brothers
11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren
     Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Manakee 
Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.  Burial will be at Hudson Cemetery in Hudson, Ky.
