E. B. KENNEDY DIED SUNDAY
     Elza B. KENNEDY, age 60, Prominent Breckinridge County citizen, died 
November 10, 1968 at Methodist Hospital, after a brief illness.  A well known 
county citizen, he was manager of the Farm Bureau Insurance Agency in 
Hardinsburg since 1946.  Past President of Breckinridge County Farm Bureau, 
member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Board of Missions, member of the 
Elizabethtown District Mental Health, Mental Retardation Board, and was 
treasurer of the Rough River Area Council.
     The funeral was held on Wednesday, November 13, 1968 from the Freedom 
Cumberland Presbyterian Church with burial in Freedom Cemetery.  Dowell Funeral 
Home, Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements with Masonic Rites held at the 
graveside.  Pallbearers were his Masonic brothers.
He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Wilma KENNEDY
three sons:
Harold KENNEDY of Harned, Ky
Bobby KENNEDY of Harned, Ky
Jimmy KENNEDY of Bowling Green, Ky
one brother, Lessie KENNEDY of Harned, Ky

#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, Ky.
