Breckinridge News, Cloverport, Ky., Wednesday, March 7, 1900 Page 1, Death Notice Hardinsburg, Ky. March 5, 1900 (Special) Mrs. Catherine KINCHELOE, the widow of Judge Jesse W. KINCHELOE, passed away at her residence in this city last Wednesday, February 28, 1900, after a brief illness. Her death was caused from old age. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church. She and Judge KINCHELOE were married in 1841, and had five children: Marcus L. KINCHELOE Adaline M. ESKRIDGE Kate G. STITH Ellen, the wife of A.X. KINCHELOE Allen M. KINCHELOE Additional Comments: I did not find a tombstone for Catherine or her husband the Judge in the Breckinridge County Cemeteries, volume one, which was published in 1991. I suggest a search in the Owensboro, Ky. cemeteries in Daviess County.
