     Gladys Elizabeth SALMON KIPER, age 88, of McDaniels, Ky in Breckinridge 
County, died on Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Breckinridge Memorial Nursing 
Facility.  She was born in Falls of Rough, Ky (lies in Breckinridge and 
Grayson Counties) on November 23, 1926, a daughter of the late Walter and 
Lititia Mae McCLELLAN SALMON.
     She was a member of the McDaniels Community Organization, Grayson County 
Women of the Moose, Kentucky Council for the Blind, and the Breckinridge 
County Senior Citizens, where she was a former board member.  Gladys was a 
former student at the Kentucky School for the Blind, and enjoyed sewing and 
crafts, as well as Listening to audio tapes.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Wayne KIPER, Sr., also 
her children: Lititia Irene HILL, Virginia Lee "Jenny" OLIVER, and Patricia 
Aileen WUEST.
Her brothers and sisters who also preceded her in death are:
Albert SALMON
Mitch SALMON
John SALMON
Oneill SALMON
Lucille SALMON
Ray SALMON
     Gladys is survived by:
three daughters
one son
two sons-in-law
11 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; several great great grandchildren and 
great great great grandchildren.
     Funeral services will be held at the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in 
Hardinsburg on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in 
Calvert Community Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Gladys Elizabeth SALMON KIPER and her husband, Morris Wayne KIPER, have 
tombstones and are buried at:
#0065 Calvert Community Church Cemetery, located east of Hornback Mill Road, 
approximately 1.6 miles southeast of its junction with KY 737, within sight of the 
Ben Johnson School on KY 259, near McDaniels, in Breckinridge County, Ky.
