MICHAEL S. LAKE
     Michael Stewart LAKE, age 32 of Fisherville, (a neighborhood in Louisville, 
Jefferson County, Ky.)  Mr. LAKE died on Tuesday, June 27, 1995, as a result of 
injuries received in a farm machinery accident in Fisherville.  Born in Louisville 
on February 18, 1963, he was the son of Stewart (Buddy) and Madonna LAKE of 
McDaniels, Ky (Breckinridge County), who survive.  Mr. LAKE was a truck driver for 
Ryder Corp., a Navy veteran, and was a member of the Green Hills Baptist Church.
Surviving other than his parents are:
his wife, Jennifer LAKE
two sons
two sisters
one brother
a grandmother:
Bonnie MOSLEY of Fordsville, Ky.
     Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, July 1, 1995 at the Providence 
Baptist Church in Fordsville.  Burial was in the Macedonia Baptist Church 
Cemetery.

Church), located west of the junction of Rockvale-Black Lick Road and Tick Ridge 
Road.  Approximately 3/5 mile south of Rockvale in southwest Breckinridge County,
