OBITUARY, Page 5
     John LANHAM, age 86, of Hardinsburg, Ky, died Thursday, November 25, 
1999, at Malvern, Arkansas (Hot Springs County).  Mr. LANHAM was born in 
Deanfield, Ky (Ohio County), a son of John M. and Nettie RYAN LANHAM.  He 
retired from AAA Insurance in 1978, and was a World War II Army veteran with 
the 101st Airborne.  His wife, Mrs. Pauline LANHAM, preceded him in death.  
Surviving are:
two daughters
6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren
two brothers:
Charles LANHAM of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Bryant LANHAM of Louisville, ky
one sister:
Minnie JONES of Louisville, Ky
     The funeral will be held on Saturday, December 4, 1999 at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, Ky., and burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery, 
Falls of Rough.

Additional Comments:
#0222 Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, also known locally as "The Ridge Church",
is 
located west of junction of Rockvale--Black Lick Road and Tick Ridge Road; 
approximately 3/5 mile south of Rockvale in southwest Breckinridge County.
