OBITUARY
Mrs. Essa A. LASLIE
     Mrs. Essa A. LASLIE, age 75, of Harned, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died 
early Tuesday morning November 29, 1977 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in 
Hardinsburg, following a long illness.  Mrs. LASLIE was born in Breckinridge 
County, the daughter of the late Robert and Anna ARMES.
She is survived by:
her husband, Ava LASLIE
five daughters:
Miss Catherine LASLIE of Harned, Ky
Mrs. Billy CLARK of Madisonville, Ky
Mrs. Kenneth SHAFER of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. James SOSH of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Eugene HOWARD of Louisville, Ky
one son:
J. C. LASLIE of Shelbyville, Ky
one brother:
Robert ARMES of Elizabethtown, Ky
     The funeral will be held on Friday, December 2, 1977 at the Fairview United 
Methodist Church, under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in 
Hardinsburg.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.
