Obituary

Morgan J. LAWSON, Sr. age 78, died Wednesday, May 25, 1960 in Sedalia,( Pettis 
County), Missouri,  A retired Machinist, and lived in Cloverport (Breckinridge 
County), Ky., He was the brother of James C. LAWSON, formerly of Cloverport.  
He moved to Sedalia from Cloverport in 1916.  Surviving are:
two sons:
Morgan LAWSON, Jr., a Courier-Journal staff writer.
James E. LAWSON, Editor of the Hayes, Kansas News.
three daughters:
Miss Margaret LAWSON, Macon, Missouri
Mrs. E. E. GROTHOFFNER, Macon, Missouri
Mrs. C.B. McENIRY, Kansas City, Missouri
one brother:
James C. LAWSON, Frankenstein, Missouri
one sister:
Miss Lydia LAWSON, Frankenstein, Missouri
14 grandchildren

Additional Comments:
There was no burial information in his obituary.

Please note:  I did not find Morgan J. LAWSON, Sr. in the Breckinridge County 
Cemetery, Vol. one, and I did not find any of his family members,(his 
survivors), in the cemetery book.  I would guess Morgan is buried in Sedalia, 
Missouri.
