     Carl Lee LYON, age 87, of Custer in Breckinridge County, died on 
Saturday, September 7, 2002 at the Medco Center (Nursing Home), Hardinsburg.  
Mr. LYON was born in Breckinridge County on July 5, 1915, the son of the late 
Richarx Lee LYON & Mabel Clara SMITH LYON.  He was a farmer.  His wife, Ester 
LYON, and a son, Kenneth LYON, preceded him in death.  Survivors are:
a daughter and son-in-law
2 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren
one sister:
Alene NORTON of Custer, Ky
     The funeral was held on Monday, September 9, 2002, at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Trent-Smith Cemetery in Custer.
