Anna Bell Bennett Lyon, age 57 of Hardinsburg, KY died Monday, 11-16-2009 at 
her residence. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on 5-11-1952, the daughter of 
the late Thomas Ova and Mary Frances Shellman Bennett. Being very patriotic, 
she was involved with the VFW Ladies Auxilliary as the current secretary and 
Howard, George and Raymond Bennett.

Anna Bell is survived by her husband Stephen Lyon of Hardinsburg, KY 
2 sons - Rodney Goodman and his wife Regina of Georgetown, KY Michael Goodman 
of Hardinsburg, KY 
3 stepchildren: Andrea Tjabanek of Springfield, Oregon Todd Lyon and Heather 
Dollendorf of Eugene, Oregon 2 grandchildren: Brody and Ava Goodman 
2 sisters - Dorothy Bennett Stinnett of Harned, KY and Mary Alice Bennett Ford 
of Hardinsburg, KY 
3 brothers - Joe Lee Bennett of Hardinsburg, KY Roy Howard (Pokie) Bennett of 
Irvington, KY Bud Bennett of SeRee, KY 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, 11-19-2009 at Trent-Dowell Funeral 
Home at 11AM with Fr. Tony Bickett officiating. Burial will be in the St. 
Romuald Cemetery. Visitation on Wednesday from 3:30 - 8:00PM and Thursday 
after 8:30AM. Memorial contributions are requested to: American Cancer Society
