OBITUARY  (hand written)
UNCLE BEN MACY
     On January 24, 1912, Uncle Ben MACY, of near Garfield, breathed his last.  
Pneumonia of a quick nature being the immediate cause.  For many years, he has 
been a quite useful citizen of our community.
     His funeral was held at the Garfield Presbyterian Church, after which he was 
laid to rest in the old home graveyard near town.  Besides his wife, he is 
survived by:
three sons:
James MACY
Glen MACY
George MACY
five daughters:
Sallie MACY
Mrs. Nat WHITWORTH
Mrs. Henry CARMAN
Clara MACY
Lottie MACY
     A good husband, father, neighbor, and friend is gone.

#0192 Johnson Cemetery #1, also known as Macy Cemetery, located under a large 
tree, 500 feet west of KY Highway 86, 1/2 mile north of KY U.S. Highway 60, at 
Garfield, Ky., in Breckinridge County.
