Trent-Dowell Funeral Home notice
Jesus called Harvey Frederick "Fred" Marcum home for 
his eternal rest on April 11,2007. He died at the 
Cancer and Lung Specialist Center, Louisville, 
Kentucky at the age of 59. Fred retired from Philip 
Morris Tobacco Company after 28 years. 
He was preceded in death by his father Harvey Lee 
Marcum.
 
Fred is survived by his wife Emma Frances Stith 
Marcum
2 sons and daughters-in-law: Chuck Allen and Donna 
Lucille Marcum
Larry Scott and Lisa Gail Marcum
6 grandchildren: Scott and Kayla Ita, Lindsay & 
Jessica Perdue,Lucille Rose and Nicholas Scott Marcum
4 great grandchildren: Taylor Howard, Kaylee,Kelsee 
and Kylee Perdue
His mother: Elizabeth Harned French Marcum
3 brothers: Brent, Ronnie & Joe Marcum
2 sisters: Brenda Marcum Rogers and Mary Marcum 
McMichael
 
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 4-14-2007 
at 1PM CDT at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in 
Hardinsburg,KY with burial in the Custer Cemetery. 
Visitation will be held on Friday from 3-8PM CDT and 
after 8:30AM Saturday. A Masonic Service will be held 
on Friday at 7PM CDT.
 
Fred has now found peace and is no longer in pain. He 
is with his family in heaven. He will be missed by 
all and loved forever.
