OBITUARY
WILLIAM E. MATTINGLY
     William E. MATTINGLY. age 51 of Louisville, Ky., Jefferson County, died 
there on Tuesday August 5, 1975, of an apparent heart attack.  He was born in 
Breckinridge County, a son of Daniel and Mollie HARPE (should be HAYSE) 
MATTINGLY.  He was a roofing contractor and a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by:
three sons:
John W. MATTINGLY of Route 2, Hardinsburg, Ky
Vernon MATTINGLY of Louisville, Ky
Norman C. MATTINGLY of Louisville, Ky
one daughter:
Mrs. Navada CAMPBELL of Louisville, Ky
one sister:
Ms. Hazel MATTINGLY of Louisville, Ky
3 grandchildren
     The funeral will be held on Thursday, August 7, 1975 from the Alexander 
Funeral Home in Irvington, Ky.  Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery.
