Terry Lee Mattingly
Graveside services for the stillborn infant of Richard Lee and Iris McCarty 
Mattingly of Vine Grove, were held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 3 (1984) at the 
Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.  The Rev. Robbins Sims, pastor of the Rock 
Haven Community Baptist Church, officiated.  The infant, named Terry Lee, was 
born Wednesday, February 1 (1984) at Baptist East Hospital, Louisville.  
Surviving in addition to his parents are:
a sister:
Amanda, of the home
maternal grandparents:
Mr. and Mrs. Harold McCarty, Irvington
paternal grandparents:
Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Mattingly, Louisville
Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington, in charge.
