DIES IN OWENSBORO --
     Mrs. Lucretia MATTINGLY, relict of James MATTINGLY, who once lived 4 miles 
south of Hardinsburg (Breckinridge County), died last Thursday morning, November 
3, 1904, at Owensboro, Ky (Daviess County) of senility.  The funeral was held on 
Friday, November 4, 1904.
     Mrs. MATTINGLY'S maiden name was McKINNEY, and she was born in Mercer 
County, Ky.  She was a member of the Catholic Church, and about 87 years of age.  
The following children survive:
O. B. MATTINGLY of this city (Cloverport)
Manning MATTINGLY of Hardinsburg, Ky
Charles MATTINGLY of Owensboro, Ky
Robert MATTINGLY of Owensboro, Ky
Mrs. Mary HOGAN of Hancock County, Ky
Mrs. Susan Campbell of Owensboro, Ky
Mrs. T. A. BROWN of Owensboro, Ky
Miss Bell MATTINGLY of Owensboro, Ky

CLOVERPORT NEWS ITEM:
Mr. and Mrs. O. B. MATTINGLY, David MATTINGLY and son Carlos, and Emmett 
MATTINGLY attended the funeral of Mrs. Lucretia MATTINGLY at Owensboro Friday 
morning.

  




Additional Comments:
I could not find a tombstone for James MATTINGLY, husband of Lucretia McKENNEY 
MATTINGLY, but I did find their son, O. B. MATTINGLY.
