OBITUARY   Page 5

     Mary Alice MAXWELL, age 76, of Hardinsburg, died on Monday, December 29, 
2003 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, Ky in Hardin County.  She 
was born January 1, 1927 in Louisville, Ky in Jefferson County, a daughter of 
the late Everett MAXWELL and Reba WALLS MAXWELL.  She was a member of the New 
Bethel Baptist Church.  She is survived by:
one niece
one nephew
a great nephew
four great nieces
     Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, and burial was in the New Bethel Cemeery.

Benjamin Everett MAXWELL, his wife, Mrs. Reba WALLS MAXWELL, their daughter, Mary
Alice 
MAXWELL, and their great grandson, James William WHITWORTH, Jr., all have a
tombstone.
