     Mr. Richard MAY who has been sick for so long, is very low and not 
expected to live.

     Mrs. ROBERTS was called last week to the bedside of her brother, Mr. 
Richard MAY in Hardinsburg.

Page 9, Death Notice  DEATH OF RICHARD MAY
Hardinsburg, Ky. December 12, 1899 (Special)
     After several weeks of great suffering, one of Hardinsburg's oldest 
citizens, died Tuesday, December 5, 1899 at his home in this place.  Mr. 
Richard MAY was 63 years of age.
     Mr. MAY reared a large family here.  Two of his sons, Warren MAY and 
Louis MAY, and a daughter, Hattie reside in Montana.  Mrs. S. A. PATE, Mrs. 
STUM, and a single daughter reside here.
     Funeral services took place Sunday at the Methodist Episcopal Church 
South, of which he was a member.  The Reverend F. M. PETTY conducted the 
services.
