Burns Funeral Home
John Samuel McCoy, 61, of Hardinsburg, passed away 
Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Breckinridge Memorial 
Hospital.Sam was born August 3, 1955 in Louisville 
to Mary Jo McCoy, but spent his life living in 
Cloverport. He worked as a mechanic for different 
places and was a Catholic.

He leaves behind to mourn his passing, but 
celebrating the life that he lived, is his mother, 
Mary Jo McCoy; brother, Robby (Rita) McCoy of 
Cloverport; nephew, Robbie Lee McCoy.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00 am Friday, 
April 7 at Cloverport Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Dan 
Kreutzer officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary 
Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family from 
9:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
