Obituary
DEATH OF A PIONEER

John McGARY, one of the oldest farmers in this county, being 90 years old, died 
at Hardinsburg last week at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. TIEFF.  Some 
years ago, Mr. McGARY was one of the most active and well to do farmers in that 
vicinity and accumulated considerable property.  Of late years, however, he has 
been residing here with his daughter.  The funeral took place at the Catholic 
Church, of which he was a member.
