OBITUARY

MISS MARGARET McGAVOCK
Cloverport Ky. in Breckinridge County---Miss Margaret McGAVOCK, age 86, died 
suddenly at her home near here on November 24, 1948.  She was a daughter of 
the late Randel and Ann HITE McGAVOCK, pioneer settlers of the Dukes 
neighborhood.  She is survived by:
two sisters:
Miss Lillie McGAVOCK
Mrs. Anna HARDIN, with whom she resided at the McGAVOCK home place.
     Funeral services were held at the residence on November 26, 1948.  Burial 
was in the McGavock Cemetery.







Additional Comments:
#0234 McGavock Cemetery #2, located near the Hancock-Breckinridge county line, 
southeast of Dukes.
(I believe it is possible that the county line runs down the middle of the 
cemetery.  Dukes is near the Breckinridge County line in Hancock County, Ky.)
