OBITUARY   Page 6
     Meda MAXWELL MERCER, age 78 of Hardinsburg, died on Wednesday, October 
16, 1963 at Bertha Rest Home in Hardinsburg.  Surviving her are:
one daughter:
Mrs. Evelyn FLOWERS of Hardinsburg, Ky
two brothers:
Arthur MAXWELL of Hardinsburg, Ky
Everett MAXWELL of Hardinsburg, Ky
one grandson; one great granddaughter
several nieces and nephews
     Funeral services were held on Friday, October 18, 1963 from the New 
Bethel Baptist Church.  Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction 
of the Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.
