OBITUARY

MRS. KATE MERCER PASSES AWAY
CONSTANTINE -- Death came January 14, 1946, to Mrs. Kate MERCER, age 94, the 
oldest citizen of the Constantine community of Breckinridge County, Ky.  She was 
the widow of Fletcher MERCER, and before her marriage, was Miss Kate SCOTT.
She was the mother of eight children (not named).
      Mercer was a member of the Methodist Church of Constantine where the 
funeral was conducted by her pastor, the Reverend Frank Perkins.  Interment was 
in the Hudson Cemetery.
