OBITUARY

WILLIAM D. MEYERS
     William D. MEYERS, of Custer, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died at the 
DeJrnette's Nursing Home in Cloverport, on Thursday, April 4, 1974, after a 
lengthy illness.  He was 78 years of age, and was born July 29, 1895 in 
Breckinridge County.  The son of the late Meyer and Elizabeth DAVIS MEYER.  He was 
a member of the Methodist Church.
     Survivors include:
two nieces and one nephew:
Mrs. Mary MEYER of Hardinsburg, Ky
Helen DYER of Custer, Ky
Alan ROBERTS of Custer, Ky
     The funeral was held on Saturday, April 6, 1974 at the Custer Methodist 
Church.  Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery, under the direction of the Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.

NOTE: Notice the two different spellings of MEYERS//MEYER in obituary.
