OBITUARY
     Mrs. Addie M. MILLER, age 94, of Louisville, Ky in Jefferson County, died 
on Saturday, December 28, 1968.  She was born on May 30, 1875 in Breckinridge 
County, a daughter of Adam and Amanda JORDAN JOLLY.
She is survived by:
three children:
Mrs. Mary Judith LESLIE of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Jackie M. DAVIS of Louisville, Ky
Fred MILLER of Louisville, Ky
     Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 31, 1968 from the Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with burial in Sample Cemetery.
