OBITUARY

     Mrs. Clyda Mae MITCHAM of Dupont, Indiana in Jefferson County, died there 
on Friday, June 23, 1989.  She was born December 16, 1909.  Her husband, the 
Reverend Guy O. MITCHAM, preceded her in death in 1974, and a son, Ralph 
MITCHAM in 1961.  Surviving her are:
one daughter
one sister:
Mrs. Ethel SHIELDS of Dupont, Indiana
two brothers:
Wesley PEARMAN of Pewee Valley, Ky (Oldham County)
Nathan PEARMAN of Dupont, Indiana
one grandson; 2 great grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews
     Funeral services were held on Monday, June 26, 1989 from the Dupont 
Baptist Church, and graveside services were held at 2 p.m. at the Hensley 
Cemetery near Garfield.
     Dove and Sharp Funeral Home in North Vernon, Indiana (in Jennings 
County), was in charge of arrangements.
