MARSHALL MORRIS DEAD The remains of Mrs. Tenie WITHERSPOON MORRIS, wife of Mr. Marshall MORRIS, who died suddenly on an L. & N. train near Mobile, Alabama (Mobile County) early yesterday morning, June 7, 1904, will arrive here tonight, and the funeral will be held at the convenience of the family. Mrs. Morris had been an invalid for some years, and went to San Antonio, Texas (Bexar County), for her health nearly a year ago. Showing no signs of improvement, she decided to return to Louisville (Jefferson County). Her husband and one daughter were with her when she died, having been appraised of her serious condition several days ago. Mrs. MORRIS is survived by her husband, two sons and one daughter. Mr. MORRIS is a well-known civil engineer, and was formerly president and general manager of the Breckinridge Asphalt Company of Louisville. He is interested in the Asphalt deposits at Garfield (in Breckinridge County), and he and Mrs. MORRIS were well-known at Falls of Rough in Breckinridge County, where they often visited.
