Kenneth was born in Breckinridge County on September 21, 1944, a son of the late Jess and Gertrude SOSH NEAFUS. Kenneth was a Minister, and served many churches and most recently retired from Little Muddy Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where he served for over 30 years. He was a former member of the Hardinsburg Masonic Lodge, retired from International Harvester, enjoyed farming, and working on Lawn mowers. He loved his family, and they loved him, and his animals came in a close second to them. Dorothy was born in Meade County, Ky on July 28, 1946, the daughter of the late Curtis and Leona SUTHERLAND HOCKMAN. She retired from Kroger Company, was a former member of Eastern Star, and Breckinridge County Homemakers. After her retirement, she worked parttime for Morgantown Bank & Trust. She enjoyed quilting and cooking. During her husband's 30 years of service to Little Muddy Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was a very gracious minister's wife, hosting many gatherings and meals for the Congregation. She was also a CPW member. In addition to her parents, they were preceded in death by: their daughter, Rhonda ARMES "He" was preceded in death by: two sisters: Dorothy MACY Ida SIMMONS "She" was preceded in death by: one brother, Billy HOCKMAN They are survived by: one daughter one son 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren (all named in obituary) Kenneth is survived by: one sister Dorothy is survived by: 5 sisters and many nieces and nephews Funeral services were held at the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, on Friday, August 12, 2016. Burial was in the Freedom Cemetery. Additional Comments: #0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.
