NEAFUS was born December 29, 1972 in Breckinridge County, the son of Franklin and Flora TUCKER NEAFUS. He is survived by: his wife, Mrs. Mary Gertrude NEAFUS his children: Mrs. James BRUINGTON of Harned, Ky Mrs. Morris MACY of Harned, Ky Mrs. James F. SIMMONS of Garfield, Ky Kenneth R. NEAFUS of Harned, Ky 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren Others surviving are: his sisters: Miss Hattie NEAFUS Mrs. Myrtle SOSH of Hardinsburg, Ky Mrs. Mary ELDER of Muldraugh, Ky Mrs. Jewel CECIL of Louisville, Ky Mrs. Pauline STINNETT OF Garfield, Ky two brothers: Jack NEAFUS of Hardinsburg, Ky Henry NEAFUS of Louisville, Ky Funeral services were held November 28, 1972 from Freedom Church. Interment was in the Freedom Cemetery, under the direction of Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg. PALLBEARERS: Cecil ELROD Harold ASKINS Chester PEAK Sammy FORD Frank MEDLEY Additional Comments: #0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.
