Ruby Mae Bland Neff, age 79 of Hardinsburg, KY died Thursday, 2-19-2009 at 
Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Breckinridge County on 8-26-
1929, the daughter of the late Walter and Martha Jackson Bland. She retired 
from Galante Studio and was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church.
 
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Jennie Lee Hinton and Mary Lucille 
Mattingly.
8 brothers: Sammy, Bernard, Morris, Kelly, Luke, Robert, Johnny and Noel Bland
 
Ruby is survived by her husband - Ray Neff of Hardinsburg,KY
4 children: Lula Mae Marsch of Hawesville,KY
Teresa Faye Stinchcomb of Gilford,IN
William Ray Neff of Hardinsburg,KY
Paul Allen Neff of Hardinsburg,KY
2 brothers - Carl Bland of Louisville,KY and J W Bland of Hardinsburg,KY
8 grandchildren: Scott (Donna) Marsch

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, 2-24-2009 at 10AM CST at St. Mary of 
the Woods Catholic Church with Fr. Maxwell O'Kello officiating. Burial will be 
in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitaiton on Monday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home 
from 4-8PM CST and after 8:30AM CST Tuesday.
