Jack Newton, son of Brother Newton, who was minister of the Methodist Church 
here about 10 years ago, committed suicide at Russellville on the 9th, by 
morphine.  Jack was not altogether a good boy, and was always considered 
eccentric.  No cause assigned for the rash act.
