OBITUARY
MRS. CORA NIX
     Mrs. Cora NIX, former Locust Hill, Ky resident of Breckinridge County, died 
at the Parkway Medical Center in Louisville, Ky on Monday, February 24, 1975, 
following a lengthy illness.  She was 80 years of age, and was the daughter of the 
late Mr. & Mrs. Tom CARMAN.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar NIX.  
     Mrs. NIX is survived by:
one daughter, Mrs. Erie SCHICK of Louisville, Ky
one son, Herschel NIX of Louisville, Ky
5 grandchildren
three sisters:
Mrs. Effie ARMES of SeRee, Ky
Mrs. Ida BASHAM of SeRee, Ky
Mrs. Ellen D. HARPER of SeRee, Ky
one brother, Billy CARMAN of SeRee, Ky
     The funeral was held from the Locust Hill United Methodist Church on 
Wednesday afternoon.  Burial was in the Locust Hill Cemetery with Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.
