OBITUARY   Page 5     1924-2012
W. B. "Dub" NORTON, age 87 of Garfield, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on 
Monday, January 23, 2012 at the Breckinridge Memorial Nursing Facility.  He was 
born in Breckinridge County on September 19, 1924, a son of the late Elbert and 
Lena SNYDER NORTON
     He was a member of Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Hardinsburg 
Masonic Lodge, Gideon's International, former president of Breckinridge County 
Farm Bureau, and the Fair Board.  He was a farmer who enjoyed woodworking, 
reading, and hunting.
He was preceded in death by:
two brothers:
Bernard NORTON
Ralph "Shorty" NORTON
one sister, Louise NORTON
     He is survived by:
his wife, Martha COLLARD NORTON of Garfield, Ky
one daughter
2 granddaughters; 4 great grandchildren
one brother
     Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012, at 10 a.m. at 
Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.

#0130 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: Turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The church lies 
east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.
