OBITUARY
Mrs. Florence NOTTINGHAM, age 77, died Thursday, January 28, 1988 at her 
Custer, Ky residence in Breckinridge County.  She was born on January 12, 
1911 in Hardin County, Ky., a daughter of the late William HOWARD and Sarah 
WARD HOWARD.  Mrs. NOTTINGHAM was a member of the Faith Community Church.  
Her husband, Howard NOTTINGHAM, preceded her in death.  She is survived by:
three daughters:
Mrs. Earline McCANN of Elizabethtown, Ky (Hardin County)
Mrs. Louise LUCAS of Hudson, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Brenda CLARK of Hudson, Ky
four sons:
Peyton NOTTINGHAM of Hudson, Ky
Harold NOTTINGHAM of Hudson, Ky
Darryl NOTTINGHAM of Custer, Ky
Ray NOTTINGHAM of Custer, Ky
20 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 30, 1988 at the Faith 
Community Church with the Reverend Ken Pagona, Pastor, officiating.  Burial 
was in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of the Trent-Dowell Funeral 
Home, in Hardinsburg.

CORRECTION:
Due to the typographical error, the obituary of Mrs. Florence NOTTINGHAM, 
which appeared in last week's issue, listed her birth date as January 12, 
1911, when it was actually January 22, 1911.  Also information furnished the 
newspaper listed her late husband's name as Howard.  His name was ERVIE.  We 
are sorry for the errors.

Mrs. Florence HOWARD NOTTINGHAM has a tombstone at the Fairview United 
Methodist Church Cemetery at SeRee, in Breckinridge County, Ky.
