The funeral was held March 16, 1960 at Kingsley Memorial Church. Burial in the Pogue Cemetery. Mr. OSBURN was born on the OSBURN farm in the Kingsley Community, and at an early age joined the Kingsley Church. He married Miss Fannie RAMSEN in 1904. She died in 1907, a year after they moved to Rocky Ford, Colorado, because of her ill health. They had one son who died in infancy. Later he married Miss Lucy ROBBINS of Rocky Ford. They lived in Colorado for several years when with their family moved to Kentucky and operated a farm near Irvington. Their children are: two daughters: Mrs. Beulah MARTIN, Fairbanks, Indiana, Route 1. Mrs. Mary NORTON, Irvington, Ky. (Breckinridge County) one son: Noah OSBURN, Fairbanks, Indiana, Route 1. Mrs. Osburn preceded him in death several years ago, also a son, Roy, who died in infancy. After his wife's death, Mr. Osburn and family returned to the Kingsley Community where he made his home with his son, Noah and family. Besides his children he is survived by: two brothers: Manford OSBURN, Terre Haute, Indiana Garrett OSBURN, Fairbanks, Indiana, Route 1. 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Additional Comments: Kingsley, Ky. is in Jefferson County. In the 2000 census the population of Kingsley was 482 people. Rocky Ford, Colorado is in Otero County. Fairbanks, Indiana is an unincorporated community in Fairbanks Township, Sullivan County. Fairbanks is part of the Terre Haute Metropolitan area.
