ALLEN G. OSBURN of near Irvington, died at her country home on Friday, January 18, 1929 from influenza. Mrs. Osburn was 39 years of age. She is survived by: her husband two daughters (not named) one son (not named) A member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Freedom. The funeral was conducted by the Reverend Elmer Ashby, Pastor of the Irvington Methodist Church at Freedom where the burial also was held. J. D. Ashcraft of Irvington, was in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Breckinridge County Cemeteries, Volume one, published in 1991: #0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery, turning north immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Highway 60. The church lies east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge. Lucy Mae and her little son are buried next to each other. "Fannie" RAMSEN OSBURN, born in 1886 in Sullivan County, Indiana, and died in 1907 in Otero County, Colorado; The first wife of Allen Garfield OSBURN, and the daughter of: John W. RAMSEN & Emma Jane ________? Pogue Cemetery, Fairbanks, Sullivan County, Indiana OSBURN, Allen Garfield 1881 -- 1960 Allen died on March 14, 1960.
