Page 5, "THE HARTFORD HERALD NEWSPAPER" SAYS:
DEATH- Mr. Thomas PARROTT, formerly of Rockport, Indiana, but who has been 
recently sojourning in the west, was accidentally drowned near Sioux Falls, South 
Dakota last week.  He was the brother of Mr. Charley PARROTT who died of 
consumption last summer while out west for his health.  His remains arrived at 
Beaver Dam (Ohio County), Ky. Sunday for burial.

Additional Comments:
Hartford is the county seat of Ohio County, Ky.
