W. H. PAYNE
STEPHENSPORT -- W. H. PAYNE, age 85, died on Thursday, March 7, 1963, at the 
home of his step-son, O. D. SHELLMAN.  He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by:
four step-sons:
O. D. SHELLMAN of Stephensport, Ky (Breckinridge County)
William SHELLMAN of Dayton, Ohio (Montgomery County)
Z. A. SHELLMAN of Dayton, Ohio
Frank SHELLMAN of Nortonville, Ky (Hopkins County)
one step-daughter:
Mrs. Permelia ROBERTS of Dayton, Ohio
two half-brothers:
Rufus COMPTON of Detroit, Michigan (Wayne County)
Jess COMPTON of Detroit, Michigan
two half-sisters:
Ethel MORDOCK of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Hester COMPTON of Louisville, Ky
     Funeral services were held on March 11, 1963 at Dhonau Funeral Home, 
Cloverport, with burial in the family lot in Sample Cemetery.
