     Teresa Ann PAYNE, age 4 years, died on Tuesday, August 4, 1959 at 9:50 
a.m. at St. Joseph Hospital.
RESIDENCE: 2106 S. Preston
BELOVED DAUGHTER OF: Maurice L. and Bertha CARWILE PAYNE
BELOVED SISTER OF: Charlotte Fay PAYNE and Maurice Gregory PAYNE
GRANDDAUGHTER OF: Mr. Franklin CARWILE of Mystic, Ky
                  Mrs. Ann CARWILE of Louisville, Ky
                  Mrs. Ressy ?one of Louisville, Ky
                  Mr. Ernest PAYNE of Lodiburg, Ky
Teresa Ann is at Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington, Ky
SERVICES: Thursday 2 p.m. CDT at Dry Valley Baptist Church, Mystic, Ky
Interment in the church cemetery.
