Trent-Dowell Funeral Home
Lettie Elizabeth Arnold Payne, age 90 of Hardinsburg,KY died Wednesday, 2-18-
2009 at Breckinridge Health,INC. She was born in Breckinridge County on 
September 9, 1918, the daughter of the late Robert and Ola Robbins Arnold. She 
was a retired cook and waitress. She was preceded in death by her husband - 
Willett Owen Payne and her daughter - Wanda Smith.
 
Lettie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Willett F. (Sonny) and 
Roberta Payne of Hardinsburg,KY
5 grandchildren: Debbie Bowlds, Rebecca Coursey, Cara Wilcox, Steven and 
Mickey Smith
6 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren
 
Funeral services were held on Saturday, 2-21-2009 at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home 
with Rev. Harry Dooley officiating. Burial was in the Sample Cemetery.
