OBITUARY
VERNIE R. PILE  1920-2005
     Vernie R. PILE, age 84, of Custer, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died at his 
residence.  He was born December 4, 1920 in Breckinridge County, a son of the 
late Mora and Pearl SPRADLIN PILE.  He was a retired construction worker and 
farmer, and was a member of Custer Masonic Lodge #624, and an outdoorsman.
    Mr. PILE is survived by:
his wife, Ileana BOARD PILE of Custer, Ky
two sons
5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 6 step-great grandchildren
     Funeral Services were held Friday, April 22, 2005 at Trent-Dowell Funeral 
Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in Horsley Cemetery, Locust Hill.
