OBITUARY
     Mrs. Kathleen POOLE, age 74, of Harned, formerly of Irvington, died 
Saturday, May 22, 1999, at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital Extended Care 
Facility, Hardinsburg.  Mrs. POOLE was born in Custer, a daughter of the 
late Luther J. and Goldie Esther BENNETT LYNCH.  She was a homemaker and a 
member of the Irvington Baptist Church.  Surviving are:
her husband:
Robert Earl POOLE of Hawesville, Ky (Hancock County)
three daughters
one brother:
Kenneth LYNCH, Big Spring, Ky
four sisters:
Leotta CISSELL, Bardstown, Ky
Jewel CUNDIFF, Louisville, Ky
Janice CHAPPELL, Louisville, Ky
Joyce BANDY, Bewleyville, Ky
7 grandchildren
     Services were held (today) Wednesday, May 26, 1999 from Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with burial in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, 
Irvington.  The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of 
memorial contributions to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital ECF or Bennett 
Cemetery.
