     Lonnie P. POOLE, age 71 of Garfield in Breckinridge County, died on Saturday,
September 
14, 1963 at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  Mr. POOLE is survived
by:
his wife, Mrs. Maud POOLE of Garfield, Ky
three sons:
Karl Edward POOLE of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Harold Ray POOLE of Jacksonville, Florida (Duval County)
Robert Earl POOLE of Garfield, Ky
one daughter:
Mrs. Mabel LaMonica of Louisville, Ky
three brothers:
Robert POOLE of Garfield, Ky
James POOLE of McDaniels, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Ernest POOLE of Ekron, Ky (Meade County)
two sisters:
Mrs. Nannie DURBIN (Lannie's twin), of Irvington, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Mattie KENNEDY of Louisville, Ky
9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held on Monday, September 16, 1963 from the Dowell
Funeral Home 
in Hardinsburg, and burial was in the Hensley Cemetery.

PLEASE NOTE:  I found Lannie's family on 1900 census, and saw where Nannie & Lannie
were 
twins.  Their mother had a second set of twins: Ernest and Earl POOLE born Aug
1897.
