OBITUARY
     Richard M. PRIEST, Sr., age 54, of Winter Park, Florida in Orange 
County, died there on Tuesday, April 24, 1984, following a lengthy illness.  
He was born in Breckinridge County on March 22, 1930, a son of the late 
Jesse PRIEST and Mrs. Lucille PRIEST of Stinnettsville, who survives.
     Surviving in addition to his mother is:
his wife, Mrs. Geraldine PRIEST
one daughter
one son
two brothers:
Chester PRIEST of Stinnettsville, Ky
Randall PRIEST of Hardinsburg, Ky
two grandchildren
     Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 1984 
from the Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington in Breckinridge County.  Burial 
was in the Marr Cemetery, Stinnettsville.

They both died in Winter Park, Florida, and they have a tombstone.
