Edward Earl Raymer, age 75 of Harned,KY died Monday, April 30,2007 at VA 
Medical Center in Louisville,KY. He was born in Grayson County,KY on 6-8-1931, 
the son of the late Ollie Davis Raymer and Thelma B. Clark Raymer. He was an 
Army veteran, a Past Commander of the Hardinsburg VFW Post, a member of the 
American Legion and the Breckinridge County Moose Lodge. He was a boilermaker 
and worked for the Community Action Office and Good Samaritan Center.
 
Ed was preceded in death by his brother - Otis Raymer and a sister - Mary Jane 
Bolten
 
He is survived by his wife - Mary  Raymer of Hardinsburg,KY
a son and daughter-in-law: Jerry and Pamela Raymer of Garfield,KY
1 grandson and his wife- Jeremy and Connie Raymer of Garfield,KY
2 great grandddaughters - Casey Jo and Jessica Dawn Raymer
3 brothers - J D Raymer of Leitchfield,KY
Delbert Willis,Sr of Harned,KY
Donnie Willis of New Albany,IN
1 sister - Neomie Mikesell of New Albany,IN
1 half sister - Joyce Allen of Salem,IN
 
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 3,2007 at 1PM at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Dooley officiating. Burial with military honors 
performed by the Hardinsburg VFW Post 5831 will be in the Jolly Cemetery in 
Hardinsburg, KY. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3:30 - 8:00PM at the 
funeral home.
