OBITUARY   Page 5

     John William RILEY, age 86, of Hardinsburg, Ky, died on Monday, April 30, 
2001 at his home following a lengthy illness.  He was born in Lee County, Ky 
on October 24, 1914, a son of the late Emory and Emma NEWTON RILEY.  Surviving 
are:
his wife, Mrs. Iva LUCAS RILEY
three daughters
three sons
13 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren
     The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2001 at the Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial will be in Sharp Cemetery at 
Constantine.

NOTE:  Mr. Riley was not buried in the Sharp Cemetery at Constantine in 
Breckinridge County.  I found his burial at the Hall Cemetery #1, in 
Breckinridge County.  He and his wife share a tombstone.  I found them on the 
Find-A-Grave.com website on Ancestry.com.

#0153 Hall Cemetery #1, located on the east side of Hardinsburg, Stephensport Road,
in 
Breckinridge County, Ky.

They share a double tombstone with a photo of them on the stone.
