Reverend ROBBINS was born in Breckinridge County on November 23, 1927 to the late Vermont ROBBINS and Pearl BEARD ROBBINS. He was a minister and farmer. Reverend ROBBINS became a licensed minister in 1961, and a full member of the Louisville Annual Conference in 1966. He served the following churches from 1962 until 1984: Morganfield Circuit Spottsville, White Plains Circuit Salem Circuit Upton Circuit Upton-Zion and Shavers-Towers. Mr. ROBBINS is survived by: his wife Joyce BEAUCHAMP ROBBINS of Hardinsburg, Ky one son & daughter-in-law three sisters: Louise HICKERSON of Hardinsburg, Ky Lottie BALL of Hardinsburg, Ky Elizabeth HOBBS of Hardinsburg, Ky two brothers: Edward ROBBINS of Hardinsburg, Ky Marion ROBBINS of Hardinsburg, Ky one granddaughter The funeral was held on Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at the Hardinsburg United Methodist Church. Burial was in the Jolly Cemetery in Sample under the direction of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
