Schwartz, age 65 of Harned, KY died Monday, 10-27-2008 at her residence due to cancer of the brain. She was born in St. Mary's Ontario, Canada on 5-29-1943, the daughter of the late Sam. D. Graver and Katie Steckly Graver. She was a wonderful mother and farmer's wife. She was very organized and kept all her family organized. She enjoyed gardening and farm chores. She was preceded in death by 2 children: Lydia Hilty and Martha Schwartz 1 grandchild 1 sister: Emma S. Schwartz 1 brother: Reuben S. Graver She is survived by her husband of 45 years - John P. Schwartz of Harned, KY stepmother: Wilma Yoder Graver of Norfork, New York 15 children: Katie J. R. Hilty, Sam J. R. Schwartz and Elizabeth J. R. Hilty of Seymour, Missouri; Sarah J. R. Hilty, Anna J. R. Graver, Leah J. R. Schwartz, John J. R. Schwartz, Chris J.R. Schwartz, Mary J. R. Schwartz, Amos J. R. Schwartz, Emma J.R. Shetler and Josephine J. R. Shetler of Harned, KY; Rachel J. R. Schwartz and Adaline J. R. Hilty of Hudson, KY; Petie J. R. Schwartz of El Dorado Springs, Missouri; 141 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren 8 brothers and sisters: Lydiann S. Schwartz, Amos S. Graver and Adaline S. Schwartz of Geneva, IN David S. Graver of Seymour, Missouri and Jacob S. Graver of Norfork, NY Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 9AM at her residence on 325 Ivory Lane in Harned, KY. Burial will be in the New Hudson Old Order Amish Cemetery near Ivory Lane. Visitation at the residence on Tuesday from 2-8PM and all day Wednesday.
