OBITUARY

GEORGE WILLIAM SCOTT
     George William SCOTT, a 59 year old former Breckinridge County resident, died 
on Saturday, September 4, 1993 in Houston, Texas.  Mr. SCOTT was born April 9, 
1934 in Breckinridge County, a son of Mrs. Vitula ROYALTY LOCKARD of Hardinsburg, 
and the late Raymond SCOTT.
     He was a U.S. Army veteran.  He was preceded in death by:
a sister, Jackie, earlier in 1993.
In addition to his mother, survivors include:
a son
three sisters
three brothers
and several nieces and nephews
     The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday, September 8, 1993) at 
Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg.  Burial will be in the Hudson Cemetery.
