Mrs. Emma Sheffer, wife of Reverand Alex Sheffer, died on the 19th.  She was 
the daughter of Mr. R. Glasscock, and had only been married a few months.  
Fifteen months from the day she was a happy bride, she was laid to rest in the 
family burying ground.  Devout member of the Baptist Church, she leaves her 
father, mother, and brothers and sisters.  She kissed them all goodbye, and 
her new born babe, but a week old.
