Rosengarten saying the requiem mass. Burial was in St. Romuald Cemetery. Mr. SILLS died of pneumonia, as a relapse of influenza. Mr. SILLS is survived by: the widow, who was Miss Bess MATTINGLY of Hardinsburg. three children: Carol SILLS Maurice SILLS Anthenette SILLS three sisters: Mrs. H. A. McINTYRE of Hardinsburg, Ky Miss Anna SILLS of Hardinsburg, Ky Mrs. Charles WALLACE of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County) three brothers: Eugene SILLS of Hardinsburg, Ky J. C. SILLS of Hardinsburg, Ky Lawrence SILLS (should be Jonas SILLS) of Hardinsburg, Ky Additional Comments: I searched the Breckinridge County 1900 census and found Lawrence SILL's family. I had to find the name of Lawrence's other brother: SILLS: George age 46 born Nov 1853 Marsalene age 39 born Oct 1860 Laura Marcelene Larence age 19 born May 1881 Lawrence Mary E. age 17 born Aug 1882 Mary Essie Eugene age 16 born Feb 1884 Joseph age 13 born Jul 1886 Joseph C. Mary age 13 born Jul 1886 Anna Mae Janas ++ age 07 born Oct 1893 Jonas In 1910 Breckinridge County, there was another daughter listed named Maggie who was age 6, but the father George had already passed away in 1909. Lawrence married Bessie Mae MATTINGLY, and they had three children: Thomas Carroll SILLS Maurice Gregory SILLS Elizabeth Antoinette SILLS Bessie was the daughter of William Thomas MATTINGLY and Dorothy Anne MATTINGLY MATTINGLY.
